In a beautifully restored heritage building on the banks of the Thames River in St. Marys, Ontario, we offer a unique event space for intimate weddings and showers, family gatherings, workshops, business team retreats, co-working opportunities, pop-up shops and special community events.
Our mission is to create memorable experiences for our guests by offering a beautiful rental venue and curated events for people to come together, to work, to learn, and to celebrate. While many things have changed this past decade, what has come to light is the need to continue to connect with others in our family, workplace and community, in meaningful and authentic ways.
Riverwalk Commons is the place for this.

Suitable for small gatherings of up to 40 people. The fully accessible event space features original exposed limestone walls, beautiful light-filled space, 3 eight-foot tables (seats 10 each), two round tables, 40 chairs, vintage or contemporary dinnerware and silverware to choose from, 2 washrooms, a kitchenette, large smart screen, and high-speed WIFI are all included in the rental fee.
Table linens are available to rent for an extra fee, making it super easy to create a beautiful event.
More relaxed than a banquet hall yet more refined than a sports hall, Riverwalk Commons fills a gap in the community for those looking for a unique space for dinner parties, intimate weddings, baby showers, photo-shoots, business or club meetings, and more!

Riverwalk Commons is the perfect environment to spark inspiration and bring your creative projects to life.
WEDNESDAY Drop-in Days - Join a fabulous group of local creatives with your "WIPs" (works in progress) on the 1st, 3rd and last Wednesdays of the month from 10am-2pm
Cost is $10 and includes coffee, tea and great vibes

In partnership with Stonetown Arts, on the 2nd Wednesday of each month we offer guided Create Workshops in a variety of artistic mediums (see calendar section for listing of upcoming events).
All supplies for these workshops are provided, along with coffee and tea for $20. Booking a seat in advance is highly recommended.
Join us and be part of a thriving community where creativity flourishes. It’s time to make your mark—one brushstroke, stitch, note, or word at a time!
